Balance

* Electric Pulse, Titanic Crush and Nuclear Sphere now applies less force on hit.

UI / UX

* Added a Copy Direct Connect ID button in the game server in order to be able to join private servers more easily.

* The direct connect text box in the Join Game screen and a few places in the game server now have tooltips explaining how to connect to your own private server and share private servers privately.

Bugs

* Fixed a bug that caused the game to crash when using a Shadow Technique of None.
